What if my order arrives damaged? Help!
Oh no! We don’t want your goodies to arrive looking like they’ve been through a wrestling match. If your order comes in damaged, just snap some pics of the packaging and the item, and give us a shout! We’ll work our magic to resolve the situation fast!
Can I return my products if I change my mind?
Well, here’s the scoop: we don’t accept returns. Once your order is processed for shipping, it’s like a bad haircut—there’s no going back! But if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help, even if we can’t take back the product.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can be as unpredictable as a squirrel on caffeine! Generally, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but once it’s in the hands of the postal service, it’s out of our control. If your package is running late, just give us a holler, and we’ll help you track it down!

Once designed, these products are handmade. Each product has its own process of making and/or curing. Once ready, cutting, packaging and filling is by weight of the product, not volume. (Follow along, I will be adding blogs with pictures and videos of the process for each soon)
Auntie A purchases most ingredients from other small businesses. (So, you are supporting multiple small businesses) Ingredients and supplies are purchased only where businesses have ethical practices, and no testing is done on animals. This includes; oils, butters, skin and bath safe colorants, additives and more.
Having multiple selections is important. Artisanat de Tante A hopes to provide a variety of products for the array of consumer with different needs.
